Repeat Prescriptions
Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made in person, by post (please enclose a stamped addressed envelope for its return), or online (see below). For safety reasons we will not accept them over the telephone. Please use the tear-off slip attached to your prescription for re-ordering, tick the items required.
Prescriptions take at least two working days to issue unless they require a review when they will take three working days, so please allow plenty of time when requesting a repeat prescription especially if you are planning to go away.

You will need to visit a surgery to register in full.
