Appointments
Consultations are by appointment. You may make an appointment in person at any of our surgeries or by telephone.
Registered patients may request to be seen at any of our Hull surgeries and during periods of heavy demand, you may be offered an alternative to your usual GP or nurse.
We are now also offering onlline appointments. Before you can start to use Appointments Online you will have to be over 16 years old and visit our surgery in person to register for online services. You will be required to bring proof of ID before the receptionist can provide you with a unique login username and password. Further details will be held at reception desks.
Our online service may only be used for booking routine apointments with a GP. If you require a non standard appointment with a GP, wish to make an appointment with one of our nurses or if you have specific other needs eg non -nhs work such as travel vaccinations or PSV/Taxi or HGV medical then you will need to make an appointment via our reception staff to ensure that you are seen by an appropriate clinician. If in doubt please call our surgeries.

Opening Hours and service times
Each Surgery will be open from 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 1pm on a Saturday. However, whilst reception will be manned during these times there may not be a GP or nurse on duty at each surgery all the time that they are open. As patient numbers increase this is less likely to be the case as we will increase the number of GPs and nurses and match appointments to need. We will publish details of clinic and appointment times as each surgery opens and as they grow and develop. Your nurse or GP may be working at one of the other sites and you will be able to see them there.
Telephone Calls
A telephone call or telephone consultation may be offered as an alternative to an appointment or a visit.
E-Mail Advice
We will be developing a system where patients can email their GP or nurse via a central practice email address for certain types of advice or requests.
Home Visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery you will be able to request a home visit. A doctor or nurse may telephone you back to discuss the problem first.
